เรื่อง: การลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ และกำหนดการการรับสิทธิ์ตามมาตรการให้ความช่วยเหลือบรรเทาภาระค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการศึกษาให้แก่ผู้ปกครองในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

วันที่สิ้นสุดการลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์:
วันศุกร์ที่ 17 กันยายน 2564 (เนื่องด้วยทางโรงเรียนต้องทำเรื่องคืนเงินที่เหลือให้กับรัฐบาล)

กำหนดการการรับสิทธิ์

1. รับเงินสด (โดยใช้ระบบไดร์ฟทรู เหมือนการรับหนังสือเรียน)

เอกสารที่ต้องใช้

1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนนักเรียน/สำเนาสูติบัตร (โปรดลงลายมือชื่อ พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง)
2. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนผู้ปกครอง (โปรดลงลายมือชื่อ พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง)
   (สำเนาพาสปอร์ต สำหรับนักเรียนและผู้ปกครองต่างชาติ)

1.1 รับเงินสดรอบที่ 1: สำหรับผู้ที่ลงทะเบียน ก่อนวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กันยายน 2564

• ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับประถม
  วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กันยายน 2564 เวลา 9.00-15.00 น.
• ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับอนุบาล และระดับมัธยม
  วันศุกร์ที่ 17 กันยายน 2564 เวลา 9.00-15.00 น.

หมายเหตุ: ผู้ปกครองที่มีบุตรหลานในหลายระดับชั้น สามารถรับสิทธิ์ภายในวันเดียวกันได้เลย

1.2 รับเงินสดรอบที่ 2: สำหรับผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนภายในหรือหลังจากวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กันยายน 2564

• ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนคงเหลือทุกระดับชั้น
  วันจันทร์ที่ 20 และวันอังคารที่ 21 กันยายน 2564 เวลา 9.00-15.00 น.

2. โอนเข้าบัญชี

ทางโรงเรียนจะทยอยโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีให้กับผู้ปกครอง ภายในวันอังคารที่ 21 กันยายน 2564

Reminder

Authentication of eligibility for education subsidy costs at 2000 baht per student to mitigate financial burdens for parents as a result of COVID-19.

Registration deadline:
Friday September 17, 2021 (As the school is required to send the funds back to the government).

Eligibility Schedule

1. Cash Receive (Drive-Thru system)

Documents Required

1. Copy of students’ identification card/Birth Certification (with Certified True Copy and name signed as evidence).
2. Copy of parents’ identification card (with Certified True Copy and name signed as evidence).
   (Copy of passport of foreign parents and students)

1.1 Cash Receive 1st Round: For parents who register before Thursday September 16, 2021

• Elementary parents
  Thursday September 16, 2021 from 9 AM – 3 PM
• Kindergarten and Secondary parents
  Friday September 17, 2021 from 9 AM – 3 PM

NOTE: Families with siblings in different grades can come at the same time.

1.2 Cash Receive 2nd Round: For parents who register on and after Thursday September 16, 2021

• Remaining parents of students at all levels
  Monday September 20 and Tuesday September 21, 2021 from 9 AM – 3 PM

2. Transferring

School will transfer to parents’ accounts within Tuesday September 21, 2021.
