Dear SJMIS Parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SJMIS is forwarding a letter from the Saraburi Province Ministry of Education (along with an unofficial English translation) requesting that parents be surveyed to see if they are interested in having their student, age 12-18, receive the COVID-19 vaccination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please read the letter carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SJMIS asks that parents of students ages 12 \u201318 who are interested in having their child receive the vaccine contact their Homeroom teacher by Monday 13 September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note this is only a survey to determine how many families are interested in receiving the vaccine at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
